Cancellation & Late Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24-48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than the required notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
No-call/no-show appointments may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service and may require full payment or a new deposit to book future appointments.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment when proper notice is provided.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

A 10-15 minute grace period may be provided depending on the service and schedule.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened, rescheduled, or canceled.
If your appointment must be canceled due to lateness, the applicable cancellation fee or deposit policy may apply.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you know you will be late.
